Vertiv Holdings Co, a global provider of critical digital infrastructure, has successfully completed its previously announced acquisition of Purge Rite Intermediate LLC (“PurgeRite”), a leading provider of mechanical flushing, venting and filtration services for liquid cooling systems for data centres and other business-critical business continuity facilities. The approximately US$1 billion transaction expands Vertiv’s capabilities in the area of thermal management services and strengthens the company’s position as a global leader in the entire chain of next-generation air conditioning services for liquid cooling systems.
