Action Group ended Q2 2025 with impressive sales growth. According to estimates, the company’s revenues between April and June amounted to around PLN 702 million – a 32 per cent increase on the same period last year. June closed with a record-breaking PLN 244 million, an almost 32 per cent year-on-year improvement.

Action’s high sales growth rate has continued for the third month in a row, with the company achieving PLN 228 million in revenue in May (+35 per cent year-on-year) and PLN 230 million in April (+28 per cent year-on-year). At the same time, the gross margin on sales remains stable, at 7.4 per cent in June, just below last year’s 7.9 per cent.

Against the backdrop of the entire half-year, Q2 also looks solid relative to the beginning of the year. Action’s revenues in Q1 amounted to PLN 663.6 million, almost 6 per cent lower than in the quarter ended June.

On the other hand, with such dynamic sales, the significant decline in profitability is noteworthy. In Q1 2025, net profit for shareholders more than halved to PLN 7.7 million, despite the increase in revenue. Signals from the second quarter suggest that cost pressures may continue.

For the IT channel, Action remains a strong player with scale, but declining profitability may herald a more cautious approach from investors – especially in the context of global margin pressure in IT distribution.
