CGI Inc. one of the world’s largest independent IT and business consulting firms, is finalising the previously announced acquisition of Comarch Polska S.A., a subsidiary of Comarch S.A., by its Polish company CGI Information Systems and Management Consultants (Polska) sp. z o.o.
With the merger, nearly 460 IT and business consulting professionals will join the CGI team, bringing the number of experts in Poland and the Baltics to more than 1,500. With the acquisition, CGI will have a presence in several major Polish cities.
