Jacek Łukaszewski, a manager with nearly 30 years’ experience in international corporations in the electrical engineering sector, will take over as President of Elektromontaż Rzeszów S.A. on 1 October 2025.
This is a strategic shift for one of the largest manufacturing and assembly companies in the Polish electrical sector, signalling a potential acceleration in innovation and transformation.

Prior to that, he led the company’s Polish division as CEO for 13 years. His career also includes management positions at TAC and Honeywell, both in Poland and the US, giving him a unique international perspective on the building automation and power systems market.
The transition of such an experienced manager from a global structure to a national leader is a signal that Elektromontaż Rzeszów S.A. can intensify its activities towards modern technological solutions. D
Lukaszewski’s statement in managing complex organisations and bringing advanced control and security systems to market may prove crucial in the face of the challenges of the energy transition and increasing market demands for energy efficiency and automation.
A graduate of the Gdansk University of Technology and the MBA programme of the University of Warsaw and the University of Illinois, Lukaszewski brings to the company not only technical knowledge but also a solid foundation in strategic management.
His appointment may herald a new chapter in the history of the Rzeszów-based company, aimed at strengthening its market position through the implementation of innovations and competing effectively in a dynamically changing technological environment.
