Hewlett Packard Enterprise(HPE) Poland is strengthening its managerial structures. Łukasz Rosa has joined the team, taking up the position of Channel & Partner Ecosystem Manager. In his new role, he is responsible for developing indirect sales and scaling the business in the home market. Rosa brings over 12 years of international experience in building partner models in the EMEA region. Previously, within HP Inc, he managed global initiatives generating significant revenue, specialising in go-to-market strategies based on data analytics and process automation. His experience also includes the financial sector and startup project development.

This appointment reflects the wider evolution of the technology sector, where traditional distributor and integrator relationships are giving way to agile, data-driven ecosystems. The acquisition of a manager with such a clear analytics profile suggests that HPE Poland intends to place a strong emphasis on the digital transformation of the sales channel itself. Simplifying complex sales structures and broadly implementing a value-based selling approach are becoming key to maintaining growth momentum in the region. From a strategic perspective, revising the company’s own go-to-market models to harmonise with the automation being introduced by HPE may be an apt move. There will also be long-term benefits from investing in upgrading the teams’ competencies in the area of value selling to fit seamlessly into the manufacturer’s evolving strategy and monetise joint projects more effectively.
