BTC introduces AI-powered document anonymisation in eAuditor V10.2

On September 24, 2026, during the BTC Roadshow 2026 conference in Warsaw, BTC will present eAuditor V10.2—a new version of its platform for managing IT infrastructure, security, and IT services. The most significant new feature will be integration with Bluur AI, enabling the automatic anonymization of documents using artificial intelligence directly from the Employee Dashboard.

The new feature allows users to drag and drop a document in TXT, PDF, JPG, PNG, TIFF, DOC or DOCX format, select one of the pre-defined anonymisation schemes, and download a secure, anonymised version within seconds. It is also possible to anonymise text pasted directly into the application. This enables staff to quickly prepare documents for sharing with business partners, software developers, law firms, auditors or for further analysis using AI tools.

Secure use of AI in organisations

The growing popularity of generative artificial intelligence means that employees are increasingly using external AI tools to analyse documents. At the same time, the risk of accidental disclosure of personal data and confidential information is increasing. The integration of eAuditor with Bluur AI eliminates this problem by automatically removing sensitive data before the document is sent for further processing.

The new solution reduces the phenomenon of so-called ‘shadow IT’, eliminating the need to use random online anonymisation tools. The entire process takes place within eAuditor’s controlled environment, in accordance with the organisation’s security policies.

One environment instead of multiple tools

The integration has been designed for both on-premises and cloud-based eAuditor users. This means organisations do not need to deploy additional applications or integrate further systems. The administrator can centrally define anonymisation schemes and manage permissions from within the same platform that employees use every day.

Support for security and compliance requirements

Document anonymisation supports compliance with regulations and standards relating to information security, such as NIS2, ISO/IEC 27001, the National Cybersecurity System (KSC) and DORA. The solution helps to mitigate the risk of data breaches, supports secure collaboration with external parties and upholds the principle of data minimisation when sharing data. It should be emphasised that the regulations do not explicitly require the use of AI-based anonymisation – it is, however, an effective means of supporting compliance with these requirements.
