Future Mind is entering a new phase of growth. After more than 17 years of uninterrupted leadership of the company, Tomasz Wozniak is handing over the position of CEO to Tomasz Koperski, the current CTO. The change is part of the process of integrating Future Mind into the Solita Group, with which the company joined forces in December 2023. Koperski simultaneously takes on the role of Executive Vice President (EVP) at Solita, while Wozniak moves to Future Mind’s board of directors and will serve as Strategic Advisor across the group.
The change on the board does not mean that Wozniak will withdraw from company life. He will continue to be involved in Future Mind’s key projects and maintaining relationships with key clients, while supporting Solita in building its long-term development directions.

For Tomasz Koperski, becoming CEO is a natural consequence of his previous role. For years, he has managed the largest team at Future Mind, responsible for the development and quality of technology solutions. His priority will now be to further strengthen the company’s position as a partner in the digital transformation of businesses, especially in the area of using artificial intelligence.

In parallel, changes have been made to the organisational structure, strengthening the company’s competences and responding to the growing needs of customers. Michal Klimczak, formerly Head of Mobile, has taken up the new position of VP of Software Delivery, and Karol Szmaj has become VP of Strategy & Design. Paweł Josiek remains on the board as COO, working with new VP of Operations Bartłomiej Roszykiewicz and VP of Commercial Development Emil Waszkowski. These changes will allow Future Mind to combine its existing experience with new perspectives and to make even better use of the potential arising from the integration with Solita. Strengthening the areas of technology, strategy and design is a guarantee of stability and further growth for the company, as well as a stronger presence for the entire group on the international market.
