The Action Group ended the second quarter of 2026 with revenue of PLN 730.38 million and a consolidated net profit of PLN 16.53 million. Gross profit on sales amounted to PLN 78.63 million. However, the most important conclusion from the preliminary figures concerns not the scale of sales, but a marked improvement in profitability.

In the corresponding quarter of 2025, the group recorded revenue of PLN 713.14 million, gross profit on sales of PLN 62.49 million and net profit of PLN 10.9 million. This means that, year-on-year, sales increased by around 2.4 per cent, whilst net profit rose by over 50 per cent. The gross margin rose from 8.76 per cent to around 10.8 per cent.

The picture for the first half of the year as a whole is similar. Action’s revenue rose by around 6 per cent to PLN 1.46 billion, whilst net profit increased by nearly 57 per cent to PLN 29.2 million. A year earlier, the group generated a profit of PLN 18.6 million during this period.

These results come against a favourable economic backdrop. Polish GDP grew by 3.8 per cent year-on-year in the second quarter, whilst in June retail sales in the category covering, amongst other things, consumer electronics and household appliances rose by 14.8 per cent. At the same time, the IT market is benefiting from investment in cloud computing and artificial intelligence solutions. According to IDC data cited by ITwiz, the value of the Polish IT market is set to grow by over 12 per cent in dollar terms by 2025.

For Action, the key priority now will be to maintain higher profit margins. If this improvement proves sustainable, it could enhance the company’s ability to finance the further development of its technology and e-commerce services. A more comprehensive picture will emerge from the final half-year results, which the company is due to publish on 28 September.
