In his new role, Robert Zdrojek will be responsible for developing Cisco’s business within the partner channel. His responsibilities will include supporting technology partners, building new business relationships and increasing the presence of Cisco solutions on the Polish market. This is an area that remains crucial for distributors, as Cisco is expanding its portfolio to include, amongst other things, networking solutions, security, cloud services and enterprise infrastructure.
Robert Zdrojek has over 20 years’ experience in the IT sector. He has been with TD SYNNEX since 2023. Initially, he worked as a Category Manager, responsible for product strategies and collaboration with manufacturers and partners. He then developed sales in the GCC segment, managing a portfolio that included LG, Intel, AMD, Samsung, APC, Kingston and WD, amongst others. From 2025, he was responsible for business development within the Maverick division, working with manufacturers of communication and workplace solutions such as Logitech, HP Poly, Sony, Epson and Avocor.
Prior to that, he spent over 12 years at D-Link, where he was responsible for sales in the retail and e-commerce channels, as well as for working with distributors and key clients. Throughout his career, he has consistently met his sales targets, whilst also winning five European awards for the best sales and profit performance.
Mariusz Ziółkowski, Vice President for Poland and South-East Europe at TD SYNNEX, said: “Robert knows our organisation, our partners and how TD SYNNEX operates inside out. Over the past few years, he has successfully developed new business areas, consistently building relationships with manufacturers and partners. I am convinced that his experience, his ability to identify new business opportunities and his practical approach to sales development will be a great asset to the further growth of Cisco’s business and that of our partners.”
Robert Zdrojek himself emphasises: “Taking on the role of Business Development Manager within the Cisco team marks the next stage of my professional development at TD SYNNEX. I want to draw on my previous experience in building relationships with partners and manufacturers to jointly grow Cisco’s business in Poland, support partners in achieving their goals, and create new opportunities for growth.”
