Exclusive Networks has entered into a strategic distribution agreement with ServiceNow. The partnership is intended to accelerate the roll-out of AI-based cybersecurity solutions in Europe and the Middle East.
In practice, Exclusive Networks will develop ServiceNow’s partner channel, drawing on its network of integrators and resellers. The company will support partners through the stages of developing their offering, sales, technical preparation, implementation and post-launch customer support. ServiceNow, meanwhile, will gain broader access to specialist IT security firms across the EMEA region.
The significance of the agreement extends beyond the distribution of licences alone. The ServiceNow platform combines business process management, data management and automation. It is also integrated with solutions from numerous cybersecurity providers featured in Exclusive Networks’ portfolio. This will enable the partners to carry out joint implementations, in which threat intelligence can be fed more quickly into incident handling, risk management and response processes.
This approach is in line with market trends. According to IBM’s ‘Cost of a Data Breach 2025’ report, the widespread use of AI and automation in security was associated with an average reduction of $1.9 million in data breach costs. At the same time, 63 per cent of the organisations surveyed did not have AI governance policies. This shows that the technology itself is no substitute for appropriate procedures and oversight.
The partnership also aligns with European cybersecurity policy. In July 2026, the European Commission presented an action plan on AI and cybersecurity. In it, the Commission highlighted that artificial intelligence can both accelerate the detection of threats and facilitate the automation of attacks.
For Exclusive Networks’ partners, the agreement could mean access to larger projects combining cybersecurity, AI and process automation. For ServiceNow, it is a way to expand its presence in the region more quickly. However, the ultimate scale of the benefits will depend on the pace of implementation and customers’ readiness to integrate security tools with their business processes.
